These placeholder terms describe the intended technical behaviour of LuckyTap and are not a substitute for legal terms drafted for the operating business.

Giveaway picks

Users must provide public, accessible post links and are responsible for ensuring their giveaway complies with platform rules and applicable law. A winner pick is consumed only after the server successfully records the selected winner.

Introductory credits and abuse prevention

Each new account receives 2 free giveaway credits once. Additional picks require prepaid credits or an active Unlimited subscription. Credits and subscriptions are not removed because an IP address changes.

Payments

Prepaid purchases add the stated number of credits after Stripe confirms payment by webhook. Monthly Unlimited access renews automatically until cancelled and remains available through the paid period after cancellation, subject to reasonable anti-bot safeguards.
